Audrey Pearson, BS (she/her)

Audrey was born and raised in the city where the sun always shines - Tucson, AZ.  She moved to Flagstaff to earn a bachelors degree in Psychological Sciences from THE Northern Arizona University. After earning her degree, she was accepted into and will begin studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology through the masters program at Arizona State University. 

 

Audrey’s future career goal is related to becoming a workplace well-being and engagement consultant where she aims to help develop and promote positive, inclusive, and productive work environments. She wants to build on diversity, equity, and inclusion measures within companies to help create and implement systems that benefit the overall health of employees. Audrey was drawn to Beyond the Pines because of the mission and she believes that mental health and wellness ought to be considered through a holistic lens. The experience she’s had in Flagstaff has contributed to her belief in the importance and power of connecting to the natural world in a reciprocal way. She seeks to further understand and expertise this relationship while considering how it can inform her work in I/O Psychology.  

 

When Audrey isn’t working through school, considering how to make workplaces more healthy for people, or supporting the team and clients at Beyond the Pines, she loves to bake, cook, read, organize her space, and travel. She also spends time with her two cats - Kitty and Darnell.
